Raheel is the CEO & Founder of White Rice, Pakistan's pioneering behaviour design agency, and a Senior Facilitator at the Design Thinkers Academy, Netherlands. He’s also actively engaged in various global leadership programs across South East Asia, the Middle East, and North America, as a coach, trainer, advisor, and consultant.

Shazia is a brand strategist with over a decade of experience crafting positionings and communication platforms for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. She has led the planning function in agencies like Ogilvy and JWT and worked in Pakistan, Malaysia and the Middle East. At Ogilvy, Shazia was also the training lead and created and delivered training programs on creative brief writing, problem solving, storytelling and presentation skills. She has also done a creative writing course from the University of Lancaster and is a certified instructor for teaching English as a foreign language (CELTA). Shazia is currently based in London working in brand strategy and innovation.

She is the first Pakistani woman to be selected for Cannes Lions See it Be it program, D&AD’s Rare Creative Program and the Pitch magazines’ 100 Superwomen list. She also wrote a film which is available on global Netflix & winner of the first Glass Gold Lion for Pakistan.

Named Creative Person of the Year three times by Campaign magazine and Advertising Person of the Year 2024 at Dubai Lynx, Ali Rez is the most awarded creative leader in the Middle East, and currently leads output for the IMPACT BBDO Group across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region. Following more than a decade of advertising experience in the US, Rez’s creative leadership has seen Impact BBDO ranked as the No.2 agency in the world on the World Creativity Rankings, while winning more than 30 different No.1 Regional Agency accolades in the last three years. He has spoken on advertising and marketing at more than 50 international venues, including Oxford University, Cannes Lions, 4As China, TedX, London School of Economics, amongst several others. Rez has won more than 1000 international awards in his career spanning four continents over 20 years, which include 3 Grands Prix at Cannes Lions, and a United Nations Peace Medal. In 2023, he became the first jury president in Cannes Lions’ 70 year history to represent the Middle East.
